Wet Ingredients:
1/2 c Oil 1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Agave 1/4 c Water 1/2 c Milk of Choice 1/4 c Molasses 4 tsp Egg Replacer
Dry Ingredients:
3 c Whole Wheat Flour 1 3/4 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 c Raisins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream wet ingredients in a bowl with a mixer or immersion blender. In a separate bowl, mix your dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry to the wet while continuing to stir. When dough forms, add the raisins. Mix well.
Spray or grease a large cookie sheet. With a spatula, spread the dough across the sheet. Leave about 2 inches on all 4 sides to allow dough to spread in oven.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
