Bulk Food

We are your local hot spot for bulk herbs and spices, as well as nuts, seeds, grains, and dried fruit. All organic and ethically-sourced, some from local farmers as well. Bulk allows for cheaper prices, desired quantities, and less wasteful packaging. Bring your own spice jars! We have over 150 dried spices and herbs - take as little or as much as you need. Supplements

Our nutritional supplements are carefully selected from quality suppliers who undergo rigorous, third-party testing. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements, and maintains strict standards for what goes into the body. We are always available to inform and advise. Everything on the shelves you can be sure we've researched and tried ourselves.

Wellness & Personal Care

We are just as selective about our wellness & personal care items as we are about the supplements we carry. All free of toxins, parabens, and other harmful substances. You can find ready to use items, like shampoos, soaps, and toothpaste, to name just a few, as well as DIY ingredients like carrier oils, powders, clay, and essential oils. If there's something specific you're looking for, feel free to call ahead of time or send us an email before coming in - we can also order items for you that we do not have in stock.
